I completed the step 1, but when I'm going to step 2, there is a big noise. I'm using Windows 7 and it worked yesterday. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you upgrade the software to the latest version. For this purpose, remove it using its uninstaller or the Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner and download and install its latest version. After that, run the software and follow the instructions provided by the developer. If you still have issues, update your sound card drivers.
I'm using EZ Vinyl to digitalize my LPs into my iTunes library with my MAC OS home computer. Works as well as expected although tagged track names don't show up in iTunes. "EZ file#" shows up and then have to retype everything in again on iTunes. Is there anyway to avoid typing everything in twice just trying to save a few minutes on a tedious process (45-60 minutes an album)?
Is the ION Tape Express compatible with Windows 7? I cannot make it work, though the retailer assured me it would. The EZ Vinyl Tape converter will not convert what I record. Please help!

The product supports Windows XP, Windows Vista (32/64-bit), and Windows 7 (32/64-bit). Try to install the application as Administrator then make sure the cables are correctly connected to PC and the sound card is configured properly. Once these are properly finished, you can convert your tap.
